In the summer of 2008, a bit for fun, a bit to fight extreme boredom, Giada takes her first steps in the UK comedy circuit.

Realising that doing comedy is much healthier than being on heavy drugs, she decides to carry on.

In 2009 she is in the final of Funny Women UK. In March 2012 she joins the London Puma/Il Puma Londinese, and in 2013 she takes her first solo show “Flipper committed suicide!” to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

"Laughter came naturally and frequently in this show, that displays a young woman’s honest and courageous confrontation with herself" **** ThreeWeeks

"Genuinely funny and had some wonderful jokes linked into her tale...an absolute inspiration" **** BroadwayBaby

"A natural storyteller" The Argus

In 2015 Giada is back in Edinburgh with her second solo show, "Live in the Staff Room (Sex, Fairy Tales, Serial Killers & Other Stuff)"

"Great show on sex and serial killers" ***** Theatrereviews.co.uk

"Friendly, feisty, funny...the most engaging of comics" **** The Scotsman

"A natural story-teller with a lovely free-flowing and lyrical style laced with genuine humour. A welcome respite from all the forced desperation on show elsewhere in Edinburgh at this time" The Girl with the Edinburgh Tattoo

Giada is also into photography, filmography and design. In 2015 she was first runner-up at the Edinburgh Comedy Poster Awards
